Men's Group

Reducing stress, Interpersonal skills, intimacy skills, friendship skills, business communication skills, overcoming addictions. The experience of being in a 90 minute group of four to eight people who are working on similar issues each week can be a life-changing experience.

The group becomes a team helping each person to meet the chosen goals. The group can empower that person to take a step and risk a new way of interacting.

Acceptance and teamwork are what people learn from being in group counseling. Soon after a group is formed, the members of the group begin to interact in the group based on their experiences from their original families. As each person becomes aware of those patterns, he/she becomes freer to change and be different.

Most people in one of Mark's long-term groups end up getting a promotion at work. The workplace notices the changes that the person is learning in the group.
